Post Re: World Series of Poker (2009 now)
Two players who ran the hottest end up going head-to-head. One was down to $2.5m at one point early on and came all the way back by winning a lot of coin flips as well as small pairs against bigger pairs. The other one was winning whenever he held A-Q.

The main event is going on this week, and every year we have at least a couple of well-known pros going deep. This time the biggest ones are Johnny Fucking Chan and Scotty Nguyen baby. Chan has been among the chip leaders since Day 1, while Nguyen had a great day yesterday to come back from a short stack to well above average. Definitely pulling for Chan, as he has done little in the main event since losing Hellmuth, and this would be a great story.

Well, both are out. Chan ran into a brutal hand with KK losing to AA in a 4.4m pot.
