Usually I'm a bit confused during the season, but everything comes together in the finale and I'm like "ohhh this only happened cause So and So fucked up and then tried to cover it up." Still not sure what Hugo Weaving was up to though... or how he grew that awesome beard. I actually found the mystery along the way more compelling and I don't think I ever yelled at River for being stupid. So the worst season of this show still finds a way to be good. Looking forward to season 5.

Kite Man Hell Yeah! season 1 - 6.5

-It's nowhere near even the weakest episodes of Harley, and I didn't like how they changed some of the voices, but Kite Man, Golden Glider, Bane, Malice and the rest of the gang are still fun to hang out with. Especially since the new season of Harley hasn't featured these characters very much.


Black Doves season 1 - 8

-Keira Knightley in a spy show ... didn't take much to sell me on this one if that's not already obvious lol.

Landman season 1 - 8.5

I still haven't finished season 1 of Yellowstone, so this one was a nice surprise. Billy Bob is a badass alpha male type that you'd expect, there's a mixed race relationship as you'd expect, a tough strong woman who men underestimate at their own peril as you'd expectand a lot ot Americanism as you'd expect. I think the humor sets it apart. Ali Larter and the daughter acting like hos is always fun and the two of them are great hangs. Leads to a very nice balance with both the badassery and sentimental sides.

Invincible season 3 - 8

-I watched this week by week instead of all at once for the first time and was really liking this season. It felt like all the characters were in the right place. Would have easily given it a better grade than season 2 ... but the s3 final episodes felt a little ... no a lot ... been there / done that as Mark has these episode long battles with enemies that are just gonna come back later. Still a good season though. Oliver is a great addition to the show even if he is a little shit that doesn't listen.

Knocking out my 2020s network sitcoms, sadly my semi beloved NC-23, the only laugh track show I've liked since How I Met Your Mother, has gone to comedy heaven with other recent victims for me American Auto, Mythic Quest and Velma. I guess I might have to at least try old school version.

Meanwhile I like every season of Ghosts about the same, it's so fully committed to being a casual light watch with a one liner reaction every 5 seconds that some sort of more dramatic long term storyline is missing, but it's still a good time.

I watched the first two episodes of A.P. Bio on Prime, it's funny enough, and I'm a fan of everything Howerton does actually.

Probably the best plot of the three seasons, though the first season had the best sidekick chemistry and the second the best sexual chemistry. The start of the season relies on the bad guys missing the signs as much as the Miami Metro cops in Dexter, though it gets going later and the southie accent female lead won me over by the time of beating up a guy in a wetsuit, though it may have been a good time to mix up the formula and not have Reacher bang her for once, maybe let him have the maid. The big boy clash in the finale was good stuff as expected.
