What films are there to look forward to this year?
I quite enjoyed the ones I watched last year; Hidden Figures, La La Land, Arrival, Hacksaw Ridge, Lion and Moonlight.
(Going by BOM's Oscar page.)
Didn't see the rest.
Been a dreadfully poor year for me so far, from what I've seen, which is admittedly not much at all.

Well the Oscar-y films don't really come out until October onwards, but Battle of the Sexes looks good, as does Hostiles.

Not that there aren't some gems already this year ( Baby Driver, Colossal, Atomic Blonde, Megan Leavey, IT, mother!, The Big Sick).

Norman is pretty good, IMO. The titular character played by Richard Gere is not black-and-white. You would probably hate him for one moment and then sympathize with him the next.

Looking forward to Call Me By Your Name, Shape of Water and I, Tonya are the artsy films I want to see.

Three Billboards of Melquiades Estrada is just not an exciting project at all. I am bored by it.

I Tonya, The Disaster Artist and Call Me By Your Name are at the top of my list for the rest of the year. Lady Bird looks great too. As award season approaches I'm sure more must-sees will become clear as they get recognition.

Harvey Weinstein's private casting sessions...if they are ever released.
