Season 2's overall arc is one of my favorites. It also has my favorite episode - "4 Days Out".

Cool. I'll be sure to comment on that one specifically.

Season One is a B+ for me.

This could become the main thread if it's # of replies that determines it.

I watched the first three episodes of season two last night. Very good, and if I wasn't so tired I'd have continued. It feels slightly different to the first season. The pace is slower, the shots more professionally crafted, and Walter seems different too. Jesse's still the same. The story line is awesome, though. Hank didn't start off his usual self, but by episode three he was cracking wise again. I really like this show. It's not art, but it's just really, really fucking fun television.

I've watched up to episode five. Getting great. I love the dynamic within the White household. The wife won't speak to Walter. She smokes. There is tension. I've been in households like that. Tense, relatable stuff. And now they're going into business themselves with Jesse's operation. I love it. He has a few guys out there. One gets mugged (by a fucking creepy ass laughing junkie bitch), now Walter told him to deal with and laid the gun down on the table. I love Walter the bad ass. It is such the opposite of his home persona. What's crazy is that every thing he says is a lie. But his intentions are so good. It is a crazy story really.

The Hank thing isn't really doing it for me. He had a wobble in the lift. Is that post-traumatic effect or something? I think it's a distraction from the Jesse/Walter dynamic....unless it actually goes somewhere. We'll see.

Oh, and Aaron Paul is fantastic as Jesse Pinkman ("Jesse Jackson" lol). He was just born to play this role. When he agrees to a script that allows him to be anything but a junkie/meth dealer/embarrassment to his parents etc. it just doesn't fit right at all. He doesn't have the range for anything else, but he plays this part perfectly. His performance is in his appearance. Some people just have those limitations. Like Mike Tyson should never play or read Shakespeare.

And his friend, Badger, is one annoying prick. I cannot stand his voice and his nature in general. Such unpredictability with unprofessionalism. Walter would hate him.

Hehe

Also, Jesse is my favorit character of "Breaking Bad". The best stuff for him is yet to come.

This sets forward one of my other favorite episodes, Peekaboo.

Jessie is amazing and hilarious. :)

"Peekaboo" is the next one! But I cannot watch it for a while as I'm travelling! Damn, now I'm looking forward to it.

I though "Peekaboo" was solid. The final two epiodes of the season are its best.

I am very, very curious as to how Algren will react to "Fly".

I restarted season 2 a few days ago. So good. And Ritter is soooo hot my goodness. I've always been jealous of Jesse getting her so easily.

So I continued with season two after a brief hiatus. I'm up to the ATM falling on the guy's head and Danny Trejo's head exploding on the back of a turtle. Crazy ass shit! I get the feeling that Walt may get involved with street level stuff given that he met with Jesse's dealers. That could be cool.

The final scene I watched is Jesse and her hand's touching. So now I know they get it on. Kind of weird as she's hot and he's a fucking douche. But anyway.

Post Re: Breaking Bad
Ok, so season two is done. Good season. I like the show. I wish it would hurry up a bit and get to Walter being more of a bad ass, but I guess this is just TV, it has to drag things out, which is part of the reason why I try to avoid TV shows. I liked Krysten Ritter dying. Loved the aeroplane collision. They tried teasing the viewer to think that one of the family members is inside the body bags, but I wasn't fooled. I mean, I didn't know it would be an aeroplane collision, but I knew that Walt, Sky, Flynn, and Holly would be safe.

Looking forward to see what happens in season three. Hopefully Jesse cleans up his act and takes life/business more seriously.

I watched up to episode 4 of season 3 last night. I am enjoying it much more. The domestic politics is great...more exciting than the drug stuff, to be honest.

So season three is probably my favourite season. But, as much as I like him, Hank not dying is a bit of a cowardly move. I'm up to episode 9.
