Anybody watch these? They're a fun and informative half-an-hour. But you have to like Ayoade and his sense of humour. I've watched over half, but still more to see. Ayoade travels to different cities with a different guest each episode. Some of the guests he's had that you will know are Paul Rudd, Rebel Wilson, Lena Dunham, and Jon Hamm. I'm keeping a list of the ones I've seen: Series 1 1. 2. 3. 4. Series 2 1. 2. 3. 4. Series 3 1. 2. 3. 4. 48 Hours in Berlin - Roisin Conaty Series 4 1. 2. 3. 48 Hours in Lisbon - Adam Buxton 4. 5. Series 5 1. 2. 3. 48 Hours in Tenerife - Lena Dunham 4. Series 6 1. 2. 48 Hours in Valencia - Sara Pascoe 3. 4. 48 Hours in Stockholm - Sally Phillips 5. Series 7 1. 2. 3. 4. Series 8 1. 48 Hours in Zurich - Frank Skinner 2. 48 Hours in Ibiza - Jessica Knappett 3. 48 Hours in Ljubljana - Eddie Izzard 4. 48 Hours in Milan - Morgana Robinson |

Just watched the Rome one with Matt Lucas. Probably the best one yet. Hilarious. Lucas and Ayoade should be a comedy duo. |

Just watched Dubai with Johnny Vegas. Absolutely unreal the prices that were mentioned for things. Doesn't seem like a place I'd like to go. But I would like to try the ice cream with real gold flakes, and of course the dune buggies. |

I was in Dubai once, it's expensive, but the places I went we're more like London expensive then really extravagantly unaffordable. I didn't like the place much, because it's just scalding 40 degrees hot, I was there in May, and otherwise it just feels very business like cold, lacking atmosphere. |

Well this is a television show so I'm sure they were treated well. The hotel was £8k per night. Each room had its own butler! |

Yeah, that's insane, and would be great to experience. |

I just watched the Jo Brand one in Venice. It made me feel a bit sad that I've never been to Venice. I've wanted to go there for years. Also made me a bit sad that I've never done any of those typically romantic city breaks with my wife, such as Paris, Venice, etc. But back to the show. It was pretty good. Jo Brand is definitely near the top of my list of females with great personalities. If I could take her personality and put it into a hot body = perfect woman. I've now completed the first two series' and almost the third as well. |

I've done a lot of the Italian ones recently for some reason. Naples, Rome, Venice, and now just watched Florence with Rebel Wilson. Pretty long episode but it was good. Not very funny but interesting. |

I've just finished the last one that's on YouTube: Cote d'Azur - Shazia Mirza. Now I just have to wait for the rest to be uploaded. |
