Insane finale with so many cliffhangers. I seriously think Carly Chaikin deserves Emmy love this year. She was incredible this entire season.

Post Re: Mr. Robot (USA)
if the last two episodes of this season are just as good as the eight episodes before it, it will go down as not just the best season of television in 2017 but one of the best TV seasons of this decade. there's so much to praise I can't even begin.

It's a shame people gave up on the show or stopped talking about it. It's the most relevant pop culture artifact we have today.

S1 is better but S2 has done a very necessary job of giving the show longevity for multiple seasons after this.

Given that the show was originally designed to be one-season (and maybe two at most), I had fear that a lot of what made S1 work was that it wasn't meant to be this long-running show so used a lot of of its tricks up already. When you have a short-run series, you can make every episode have some big moment. In long-running shows, you have to plan these more meticulously.

S2 definitely took a while to get going but thats because as its been described, its basically the "post revolution hangover". It's meant to be slow and groggy and confusing with no real sense of direction. S1 is a better season of television but S2 is the kind of season that bridges this show to become something more than just a one-hit wonder. It's creating a real TV show that can last 4-5 seasons.

In many ways, I view this season similar to Breaking Bad S2, which was easily the "weakest" season of that show. But S2 was a necessary bridge between S1 and S3. BB couldn't have just jumped from S1 to the plot of S3. It needed a proper progression.

as I said...S2 was a neccessary bump to set the show up. The show couldn't go from S1 to S3. It needed S2. I'm glad my faith in Easil has paid off.

You're incredibly overrated and and if they made a Pixar film about you it would gross less than The Good Dinosaur.

I'm catching up now and Season 3, Episode 5 is one of the best episodes of television I've ever seen. I was on the edge of my seat and could barely breathe for the entire thing.

The latest episode was absolutely stunning. Holy fuck. Rami deserves the Emmy.

I'm so scared for everyone, this season has been ruthless. Darlene better make it to the end.
