Season 2 has been great son far. I love what they are doing with the Man in Black. I also suspect that Ford is going to end up being the main villain. I think he is seeking immortality.

Ford hasn't really been in it so far right.

I've just finished watching Episode 5, it remains a really good show, and I like how it goes deeper in the second season. The Japanese story in episode 5 was very cool too.
But overall as a show, it's not as engaging as some of the best I've seen, it's firmly in the B+ area this season so far.

Well it would be a spoiler to say anything. Still, you see Ford alive as code or something in the beginning of the season.

This season has had some really great stuff like the episode set in the real world with Dolores/Arnold/Logan/etc., the William/James Delos episode, Shoguworld and Aketcha's episode. But also some low points most of which is set in the post chaos Westworld, evil Dolores just doesn't work for me

I've been really enjoying this season so far. Honestly, probably even more than the last because of how much I'm digging the whole change in dynamic with the hosts taking over the park. It's a lot more engaging IMO even though I did like the slow burn approach to the first season, especially the intrigue and mystery surrounding the Man in Black.

Last night's episode was outstanding. This season is tremendous.

Just watched the finale.

The last 5 episodes are just sublime.

The first 5 there was a lot of expansion going on, that made it tough to follow a bit, but from ep 6 onwards it was cool element after cool element...and finally, still there is so much more to explore it seems.
The acting is incredible, some of the best I've seen on tv.

Overall it's at least as good as the first season.

A-

It was a great finale. They killed off two characters for good (several others might be gone too). I thought the end credit scene was very trippy.

Loved the finale as well and I'm not going lie I felt some real emotion at points. Such a fantastic show and that end credit scene has me very much looking forward to Season 3.

There's a lot of things that seems like they should be deal breaker flaws (Weak character development, blowing up their premise early, playing the audience with timelines just for the sake of it) but I'm just having a lot of fun with this. The finale was epic

A question that also sums up the season: What was the point of bringing Elsie back if they were just gonna kill her again? Seemed like every character’s arc was to get shot. There were some good moments and ideas about free will, but this was a very rough sophmore slump. Game of Thrones has nothing on Westworld season 2 when it comes to nihilism.

Sports and movies are cancelled and Biden is wrapping this up in a week, which leaves Westworld for anything happening in pop culture the next few months

Ok first episode, I was a little confused, but I guess they set up what they need to with the free will themes and Dolores likely to change her mind on humans once she realizes the big machine Ruwhatever machine is evil and Aaron Paul is good

I thought the premiere was quite strong honestly. Delores kicking ass left and right and I'm already loving the futuristic world building, especially that Tinder/Crime App lol. Aaron Paul was really good too and Tommy Flanagan is pretty much awesome in almost everything he shows up in.

Tessa Thompson was fucking phenomenal in the most recent episode. Loved the somber feel of it and the Delores/Kaleb relationship gets more and more interesting each episode as well IMO.

I always thought Tessa was a weak actress, but this was a great job by her.
