I thought the season premiere was pretty good, even though it felt weird without alot of the older cast in the episode (or even the opening credits). However, I think the show will survive this season. I love that Mia is going to be a main character most likely this season but I hope she doesn't become too popular and become a Holly J. Hopefully, Mia + Danny happens. Oh yeah, and I'm not sure yet about the new freshman at the high school. Can't wait to see what the rest of the season brings. Btw, Nina (Mia) was looking hot in tonight's episode.

She's doing Degrassi and 90210 together. The filming times are different, and she finished filming Degrassi before 90210 began filming. Peter is also around, but he's hardly what you'd call main. I thought the premiere was really shitty. Degrassi has become embarrassing. _________________

Ellie and Marco 4life. They have always been my favorite characters. I might watch some of Season 8. I haven't really watched Degrassi since... the beginning of Season 6 I believe, sometime shortly after JT was killed. I really think they should try to start Degrassi over again in a few years like they did with the current Next Generation Cast, well, they didn't do Degrassi: The Next Generation until a decade after Degrassi: Junior High was over, but I think a few years would be long enough to start over again. The worst part of Degrassi: The Next Generation was when they were younger. And now that I'm 23, I don't feel like watching a show about junior high kids.
