A guy gets his showcase eactly right (down to the dollar!). Hasn't happened since '72 or '73.

I used to watch this all the time when I was a kid when I went over to my grandfather's house. He loved watching it and had been doing so for a long time. I remember asking him if anyone had ever guessed the final showcase right on the nose. He told me that he actually saw it happen 15 years ago (ie a long time ago when I was a kid).

That's awesome! Too bad they didn't stay longer on the winner. What a lucky guy.

Was the money coming out of Drew Carey's pocket? :huh: I never saw someone filled with less excitement for someone. Bob Barker wouldn't have jumped up and down, but his voice would have sounded excited.

I sure miss Bob. :( Drew is a fine host, but he'll never replace all those days I was home from school at my grandparent's house watching game shows all day, especially The Price is Right.
