Nothing Scandal has ever done has ever reached the depths of The Following or random episodes of Glee (the school shooting episode, specifically), so it definitely doesn't deserve an F.
But it has really gotten stale. The kidnapping arc was pretty good (particularly "Run," probably one of the series' best episodes) but since then...yeesh.
It just shows how hard it is to maintain the staggering buzz of these mile a minute, "omg" shows. The same thing will probably happen to Empire at some point, unfortunately.
This Katie Lowes/Guillermo Diaz scene is fucking hilarious.
