I like this guy - what's shocking is that these people are shocked by it. Is some of this stuff really news to journalists? If so, that explains a lot. I guess it makes some sense - only the ultra-rich know what's going on. If the non-ultra-rich knew it, they'd be ultra-rich too. But it's hardly like he's the first person to suggest any of these things.
