 Sarah Palin Will Run As An Independent In 2012 That's why she resigned.. So she can step down out of the spotlight between now and 2012 and run as an Independent for the Presidency and you know something?? It's Brilliant if she does and it'll work and she'll win to.. You watch..

I sense scandal or she can't handle the heat in the kitchen, either that, or she's a complete bonehead. Of course, BKB is a sexually repressed, homophobic, religious, middle-aged man, so she's basically red meat.
The spotlight works for her, though. She'd be great as an agitator on Fox News or some shit.
But yes, I'd be amazed if she ran on the Republican ticket. The base loves her, but she's burnt all her bridges in the GOP because she's a massive narcissist.

I like/liked Sarah Palin but even she's getting on my nerves now. She has to much of a negative perception of her now. Plus, how is she gonna run as an independent and be competitive when she's not a multi millionaire/billionaire to fund it. She has to much baggage too, I think.

She killed all her credibility, what little she had left, with this move. Abandoning the people of Alaska she was supposed to serve, doesn't exactly give a rosy impression of her capability as a leader.

Those Republicans sure are splintering, and there are a lot of disenfranchised people who actually still really like her. So yeah B, I do think you might be onto something. I just don't think she'll be winning. 20% tops.

Plus, she'd be crazy to run because she'd be throwing money away, she isn't a good candidate and the right gives her to much credit/authority.
Finally, I'd never ever vote for her and I consider myself to be a conservative even though I hate that label.
