 Will falling gas prices affect the race? The price of gas is dropping, economic collapse has a way of doing that. Will it help McCain enough to make any dent in Obama's lead?

I think that most (... maybe?) people would realize that the reason that gas has declined so much in price is due to the decline in the price of oil because of the decrease in global demand, ie a good indication of a recession, and that everything recovered from hurricane season. I can't see it affecting either side.

But this election is already decided in my opinion, nothing is going to change now.

I've seen unleaded prices vary between 3.49-3.69 and the top end closing on 4.00 with diesel being over 4.00. The low end price difference being those saying it's ethanol free.
