America Samoa...Neither Biden or Sanders get a single delegate there. Good job Bloomberg and Gabbard. What if those 6 delegates end up keeping someone from 1,991.
Everything aligned for Biden since winning South Carolina big, and now he looks to sweep the southern states by 25/30 points. Biden winning Virginia by 25/30 points with no television ads and a single campaign office is bonkers. And calling North Carolina as soon as polls close likely means he's going to win there by 20-30 points too!
And since he'll very likely come in above 15% in California, I honestly think Biden is going to come out of Super Tuesday with the delegate lead. Who would have predicted that just four days ago?
I wouldn't have predicted that. But after Buttigieg and Klobuchar dropped out, I believed Super Tuesday would become an easy sail for Biden. The whole Democratic Party machine is throwing its weight behind Biden. Voters are spooked by Trump and see Biden as a safe choice. Bernie's campaign so far has done too little to define Trump and the GOP to treat winning the election against Trump as the thing that ultimately matters. They just let the media and other moderates paint him as a risky choice without calming the regular Democratic voters.

Looks like Gabbard will be in the next debate due to her American Samoa delegates
Edit - Oh it looks like they'll change the rules to keep her out
They also changed the debate rules to help Bloomberg who siphoned votes from Biden.
I would like to see a debate with only Biden and Sanders.
Anyone that thinks Biden won't be torn apart by Trump in the fall are either thinking he's the next best thing to Obama because he was VP (he's not), or they haven't seen him speak lately (yikes), or both. Biden isn't just the safe choice, he's the choice that will guarantee a Trump win in November.
I mean, turnout was pretty high, which everyone thought would be great for Sanders. If Biden can get turnout that high in the general...

Re: Democratic Primary 2020
Biden had shockingly great night and anyone saying otherwise is full of shit. This wasn't Warren undermining Sanders to Biden advantage - Bloomberg and PB/Amy did the same to Biden too. This was voters straight up saying We do NOT want Bernie Sanders as the nominee.
-Biden won Texas by 4% Even with Bloomberg getting a big chunk of ones AND Pete & Amy still combining for over 10% -Bernies win in California will be single digits and he will be nowhere close to a majority of voters -Minnesota Massachusetts and Maine going to Biden is crazy
If Warren, Bloomberg, Pete and Amy would get out, Biden will run away with this. Biden will do well next Tuesday and then dominate the following Tuesday with big wins in Ohio and Florida. If he can somehow win Illinois on that day as well, Bernie should really think about getting out and putting his weight behind Biden.
Let's just hope Bernie does not do something crazy and start unloading of all his $$$ on Biden attack ads! He needs to be better than that. Leave that for DT.
Biden meanwhile should be zeroing in on Stacey Abrams for VP and announcing Warren and Kamala Harris for his cabinet in advance.
400+ electoral votes?

That is already old news. People forget Trump got the wrong name of the town where a shooting took place, said he was prime minister of the United States, lol. I expect more from the chick from Murder She Wrote

I'm not the biggest Bernie fan, I didn't even vote for him in the poll, but this is some bullshit. The Dems spent four years whining about fair elections and then every other candidate is gonna drop out and endorse Biden the day before Super Tuesday?

Bloomberg being in was hurting Biden too though.
The insidious part is Warren staying in just to hurt Bernie.
People here seem to have realized that Trump will win
Trump is unbeatable at this point, he has done so many shitty things and hasn't even sweated at the polls. He has the white straight male/female demo on his hand and despite whatever everyone else wants to think or say those two are the main demo voting and the majority needed to win.
You can have all the minorities FUMING and against you, but you control the main demo the way he does, he's just unbeatable.
