She's interested in coming back, but it seems e lasttime she tried, Eagle shut her down cuz it wasnt the email she signed with or whatever, so she's asking me to ask y'all what does she have to do to get unbanned? |

When I was contacted, I was unable to verify I was talking to the real Korrgan. The easiest way for me to confirm I'm speaking with the owner of the account is to have a discussion with the email address the account was registered with. When the user immediately bails on any further discussion once this request is made, it raises red flags. Am I really to believe the user has no recollection of what email they used to have, or that if I told them the email, that they wouldn't be able to contact me from it? How else do you wish me to verify I'm talking to the real account owner? In addition, The second step is for us to have a discussion regarding why she was banned, and how her behavior needs to change should she return. The general demeanor with which she carried herself on the forum just can't continue, it's too hostile and too often violates the personal attacks policy. The primary question I asked her is and remains: are you willing to adjust, and why should I believe you? |
