Chippy and Price have both recieved a warning for insinuating that specific, named members may have had anything to do with the Dark Knight shootings. The insinuations were in poor taste, even in a joking manner. I viewed Lecter's comments regarding fanboys in poor taste as well, but on a different level, and no action will be taken.

Argos and Snack will be punished for trolling, insensitive comments. I thank everyone who participated in the thread for generally ignoring them. Argos will be banned, and as this is his 2nd Offense, the ban will be for two weeks. Snack will be warned, as he as no previous offenses before, and I feel his participation was mainly a result of Argos's initial trolling.

Roman Zolanski will be punished for personal attacks on a member. Since this is his second offense, he will be banned for two weeks.

LeSamuraiDel'Ombre will be banned for posting the answers in an attempt to intentionally ruin the screenshot game. As this is he second offense, he will be banned for two weeks.

Also, I fail to see how this is snack's first offence.

Snack hasn't been banned under my watch, nor formally warned. Semantically, only a prior banning would constitute an offence via the definition I've chosen to use. I have informally warned him previously.

I see someone took advantage of the last kneepad sale.

The owner of the site, and the person tasked with disciplining members.

The primary difference from my perspective: I view all three comments as a poor choice given the circumstances, but two of the comments explicitly targeted specific members. The explicit mentioning of another member was where I saw the line in relation to our rules. We have no rules against poor taste, the only reason Lecter was mentioned is because there was an outstanding report on his post.

I think Eagle should ban a few more members to make KJ more lively.

DL should be banned for a week just for his attempts at humor ;)

I was disappointed in a few of the comments I read. I believe in George Carlin's rule of comedy that you can make a joke of anything, it's all in how you construct the joke. No comments made were funny.

I do not think I did anything wrong. But whatever.

I did not troll or say anything insensitive. The latter is a matter of taste, anyway. To atone for the sin of unjustly banning me, you are hereby sentenced to a four-year ban, Eagle. Just leave.
