Post PLEASE READ: Forum Admin / Moderator Changes
I will attempt to quickly outline the changes that are being made, why they're being made, and what will change.

Changes
Effective immediately, Dr. Lecter has accepted a position as Moderator. In addition, Moderators will no longer take part in disciplining members of the forum. To fill the discipline void, I will be stepping into the position of Disciplinarian.

Why?
You can read my apology to Lecter, Trixster and past admins here for more explanation.

To summarize, the job of disciplinarian is worse than thankless and ruins the enjoyment of a forum. Lecter and Trixster are two of my favorite posters, two of the best posters on the site, and I want them to see if they can't find enjoyment from the forum again. It'll take time (I know, I've been through it), but I hope they can.

What's Changing
First things first, I need everyone's help. If you see behavior that is violating the rules, please use the report function! I can't read every post, help me find misbehavior.

The rules have had a slight makeover, you can find them here. Part of that includes the addition of the following:

More information will flow in the near future. If you believe there is a moderation void around specific functions, feel free to nominate someone (via PM, don't nominate yourself) and outline what that void is. If you have any other suggestions, please PM me.
