wtf? what happened to your policy of never locking threads in "the site"? I liked that, and now you locked two of them that had plenty of reason to continue discussion.

Although I am glad that joe was banned, I'm surprised everyone responded so rudely to jim's post. IMO that kind of personal attack is completely un-called for and deserves a ban.

Our dear (lol) admin has made plenty of personal attacks about people's issues they chose to share on KJ. I think it's a bit hypocritical for him to start taking issue now and banning people over them, when he's done it himself.

Yes. Enough mods wanted Joe banned. We have yet to decide on the length of his ban.

And no thread in The Site discussing something the admin team did was ever suppose to be locked. Way to go, paper.

And also, where are the threads showing the steps the admin team took in deciding something? That was part of Torri Spelling's campaign, that everything would be known. And I don't think they've listed one single thing.

The whole concept of banning someone on a public website is absurd.. Joe's been gone long enough.. Why on earth should he be banned again and for what??? Cause not enough posters have thicker skins and can't take the heat like Savage???

Joe actually asked us to ban him a week or so ago.

Actually, they weren't threads discussing what the admin team did. Halpert's was a complaint about Joe, and Snack's was an unnecessary thread asking what happened, when clearly all the evidence needed was in the Halpert thread.

It was a discussion of what happened. That's what it became.
