Post An El Murato question?
I just decide this morning to make this thread as I feel this Adm own words show his own bias judgement againist me.

El Murato > I can see why people are complaining so much about your threads

Complain about what 5 good threads over 100 threads on the first 3 pages???? Do you realize that besides Lecter's 50 of the first 3 pages, there are lots of others than I ignore so these 5 shouldn't be much of a problem - except as it seems to you - as you have closed down 2 of them.

And then his follow up > Well it seems like I cant reason with you..... Its definately not going to go anywhere with you and I will continue to close down your threads or anyone elses that I feel are not necessary in the cinema forum.

Seems I can't even have a discussion with him. But I wanted to bring this up to the site based on the way that this ADM has followed me around and treated me differently than others - look at others posting similiar stuff on the movie scetion - which he scolds me about but says nothing to them.

As I realized after I review the following threads which he actually went back and found, LOL!
* 2 were started weeks ago and were general movie threads
* 1 was started a week ago and was only closed and re-done after the ADM didn't stop others from ruining the thread
* 2 were done after the movie
and also as there were only like 2/3 Star Trek threads on the front page, I dodn't think they deserved his wrath.

**********************************

***** Truthfully I can't believe he went back and did this back whatever >>>>[quote="El Murato"]I see 6 Star Trek related or mention of ST character threads created by you grill

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=51025
Better re-start: Batman Begins (2005) or Star Trek (2009)

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=51046
Star Trek, Is it the 2009 Movie of the Year like TDK in 2008 > FYI< What will be the Movie of the Year

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=50910
John Connor vs James T Kirk vs The Transformers vs Megan Fox > Wow reaching pretty low for this one and what do you think about the guy who started the Kirk versus Picard thread today???

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=50908
What is the Best Star Trek Movie: Khan, Contact or 2009 ST? > This must have been a good thread as you kept upon Bradley that was made 4 years ago and was just bumped yesterday.

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=50962
Movies for 5/8/09. Star Trek is 94% Positive on RT on 5/7/09 > wow really reaching on this one as it was a pre movie thread that asked what are you going to see.

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=50822
Closed and Redone. > wow, you incuded this one from pages back as the only reason it was started as the ADM let so much fighting go on here, it was so unclean, it got re-started above

1. Lecter's posts are mostly movie news. He doesn't bump them up every 5 minutes and once they are gone, they are gone.

2. Your definition of good threads is subjective. Once man's gold is the other man's shit. For instance, I think we could do without the Watercooler, as I find that part of the forum devoid of any interest for me, but others love it.

3. Not only 'El Murato' but other posters have given you suggestions on how to improve your posts/polls, but you don't seem to take any advice.
Last month I did something similar to what you did as I posted numerous polls asking for the best soundtracks according to genre. I kinda clogged the Cinemania forum with too many polls as it was the first time I asked for opnions via a poll. I recognized my mistake and if I do another poll in the future. will try to organize it better.

On 1 that is old news based on Eagle's new suggestion. And also partly untrue as some time I bumped results yes but other times I make comments to other posters and on the topic. and FYI, I just saw OTHERS bumping up threads so OTHERS are now doing it more than me.

On 2 that is correct and why it bothers me that 1 is making that decision - even though the one he closed - what will be your favorite 2009 Movie, Star Trek or something else???? And maybe he didn't get it but others did as it had 10 poll votes and comments on the first day. Seems people wanted to discuss that topic.

On 3, my threads have been over a month. Go back and show me where my threads are clogging up anything. ( and again, who cares that a poll is attached, polls can easily be ignored, but how about the 10 comments that are posted which shows whether a thread is good or bad!!!)

PS on 3 (Old News?), Maybe this also was before my suggestion to release 15 stickies from the front page that did clog up the front page and now everything is more spread out. But still show me presently how my stuff is clogging anything.

No, and that is an incredibly weird conclusion to draw. He was saying that we like Lecter more than you.

I am beginning to think Grill is some sort of automaton whose creator died before completion. Perhaps Smarterchild v.2.0

No reply needed to the ??????, friend of Sean on BOM.

and why different names on BOM and here, never wanted anyone here to know you still hung over there?

PS> thanks for the complement but don't have to be a robot to answer questions with common sense.

He's like Edward Scissorhands, except, instead of hands, his creator left the brains for last.

Ban him already.

Wow more worthless talk from one of my known haters so whatever.

And do you read every thread on the site or do you just like to complain about my 10 out of 100 threads on the first 3 pages.

And stii waiting for anyone haters included to show me how my threads are a problem or clogging up anything.

More to the point they seem to be getting some good replies from non haters especially.

Thats an outright lie. All your ST threads are created within a week. Check your start date again. Now check your X-men threads that you started. They were created on April 25 which was less than a month ago

Again I have to repeat that not every comment needs a response from you. If I said I like Cyclops the best, I dont need you put some extra comment asking me what I liked about him the best. Look again at your threads and see how many responses are done by you

I prefer if all the posts in the thread to just be between me and grill commenting to each other. Please refrain from turning the comments into a school yard playground or at least keep the criticism to a constructive level

Thanks for not locking this so I can defend myself. See you are wrong and not remembering the facts.

On the 6 ST threads you mentioned. 1 was started 13 days earlier and another was 8 days earlier which like I said were general or movie ones. Then 2 were after the opening so my ST ones were spread over 2 weeks.

That is all I checked so far. And I meant all my threads were over a month.

Anyway I will be home in an hour and don't want to fight. But I wanted to show that for example my 5 ST threads were fine and were done over a 2 week period. With 3 talking general movie stuff including Star Trek a week before the opening and then only 2 talking directly about the Star Trek movie.

Also why can't I respond to others as everyone does. My threads clearly state the topic so anyone coming in knows what we are talking about.

Bump...Not sure why he asked no one to post in here as he has been on for the last 2 days but he hasn't responded. Anyway, if you agree that I have been mistreated by you or others, lock the thread and lets move on. Otherwise waiting for your response, Mr ADM.

I already gave you an answer earlier. You either choose to accept it or not. I also dont want to answer and respond to the thread because its just going to drag on for another 5 pages as it usually does with other folks. Im not one to always try to get the last word in or play this volleyball business.

You said last 2 days I havent responsded yet your last question that you directed to me says sun 5:25 which is less than a day old and the servers were down quite a bit.

My other response about you replying to most of your threads was that when someone posts in your thread, they were not directing a question to you so why do you have to keep responding to them or after every other post.

Post Re: An El Murato question?
* FYI, 2 seperate days that I saw you on here, Sunday and Monday

* sure you don't try to get in the last comment, that is why you make a pointed comment in the threads before closing them.

* Any comment on you being wrong and calling me a liar about all my threads being started with a week, Mr. Adm.

* Eagle said not to bump up threads if there is no discussion. So if people are posting there is discussion. And since I started the thread, I am interested in the topic. FYI, It is a joke that you can't tell others, don't go into the thread if you aren't interested in the topic. Pretty easy to do!

And with the board cleaned up, my threads aren't clogging up anything. Look for yourself.

* and based on your other comments > El Murato > I can see why people are complaining so much about your threads

who are these people, the band of 10, big deal as some admitted they just want to fight, and what about the others on the board that don't and have been responding to my polls and thread. First nice that an ADM is making such a biased statement....and would be nice if you would tell people to stay out of threads that don't interest them, like you did above.

FYI, too bad you don't realize that this board is for everyone and not just your friends from Oct 2004.

* and notice how my restart question turned into a very popular thread, too bad you didn't leave open, the other one as it would have been just as good. Just like my others that stayed open.

I noticed that whoever re-printed the question on BOM what do you expect will be your favorite movie of the year has gotten 40 replies in addition to the re-stert question getting 65 replies

But until I can see you will be fairer, I sure am not posting any more threads. Especially with an ADM who shows he can't be fair and is biased. (Your 2 comments in the first post show this to be true > and fyi, I have showed I can change as I already have started to follow Eagle's suggestion)

etc.......

I dont know what to say other than "Oh my gosh". First of all sunday afternoon from your last post to monday morning is considered "less than one day", not 2 days. Second of all, servers had been down majority of yesterday and today, am I supposed to get a quick response the following hour?

Secondly, the X-men and ST threads were created within a 2 week period time, not over a span of over a month as you claim.

Thirdly, I closed down 2 of your threads out of a dozen and a half you created over the span of less than a month. Ive closed down other people's thread in the past without any trouble. I believe so far you have given me the most grief for it. I have given you a legit reason why its closed but you chose not to accept it. I also tried to avoid this volleyball business but you called me out again. Im not going to respond again to you about this matter. The discussion is over

If you are trying to use another forum to bring up your points, you should have a little honesty and confess that its your own account and not some "other". This thing bothers me because I dont want people to be deceived by this because you have stated that someone else likes the poll and pass it off as their own. Normally I wouldnt care what you do on other sites but you are using it to favor yourself. Deleting your own poll when it didnt favor yourself being another example of your dishonesty
