If the KJ moderators think I should be banned then fair enough. It’s
their forum they have a duty of care to the other users as well.

I would like to say hello to someone first, Misinformation. Hello
Misinformation. Howz it been we have issues to sort out.

Some of you are under impression that I start fights, quite the contrary
actually. Back in 2005, I would randomly start fights but I was never
banned during that time. I had very few acquaintances and was severely
disliked by the majority of the community. Over the years I have
improved to the point where I actually care about certain users.

I search my username every week or so to see what other people have been
saying about me in the rest of the forum. Some of these comments at
times have been “unsavory”. I don’t see the point in starting attacks on
someone unless they have given me a reason to start one. For example, I
was given a warning for suggesting to Corey to call himself a “cunt
face” because he is a cunt face. What Roid didn’t see were the minutes
before it where he made a comment in regards to me being placed 4th in
Michael’s power list. Was it an overreaction? Yes. But to think I should
just report the post as “baiting” would be kind of pointless. If Roid
says he’s in charge of looking after the box office side of things, then
I hope he does this in future. I shouldn’t have to go looking for every
-ve comment said about me.

Moderating over the past few months has been inconsistent. When Roid
says that every moderation decision is fair and free from bias I should
hope so. But when I was told Munke would not receive a warning because
some of his comments over the past weekend were in response to my
comments then this pissed me off. Well using that analogy the post I was
banned for I was merely responding to something Michael had said. I
usually agree with everything Michael says, up until that day. I
explained my decision behind why I would not play nice with MunkE. I had
left MunkE alone for a great deal of time over the past year, none of
his comments bothered me and he left me alone. Until one day a few
months ago when he just came out of nowhere and just attacked me. The
same problem with inconsistency can be seen with Argos and Guybrush.
They were eventually banned but how long did it take. How many “report
posts” did I have to do to achieve that. Exactly. One person reports a
post were I speak about people in general and I am banned for it. One!
Not multiple times, one. How come I’m warned within a heartbeat of
calling mav a “sperm donor” and you guys don’t think it’s important to
treat something I have to complain about promptly. This is unreasonable.

Over the past few months Box has been instigating a fight with Michael
that seemed to have come from nowhere. I remember at one stage I
reported a post, but was never given any feedback about my complaint.
This is double standards right here. I really didn’t give a damn about
Box and Michael’s argument, it was just one time when Box literally just
gave a very poor dig at Michael that I thought was largely unnecessary.

From what I can gather, anytime getluv has a problem with something you
guys just seem to let it slide. For instance the post I reported last
week in regards to Argos. Was nothing done? An attack made at me in
german, for which he was told to stop doing. This is the kind of crap
someone shouldn’t have to stand for. I’m sorry. I followed the rules and
nothing was done. This is one of the reasons why I shouldn’t bother
using the “report button’ if the moderators aren’t going to step in and
do what’s right for me. Is this selfish? Not really. Considering I’m
allowed to dispute moderator rulings and decisions like everybody else.
If they think me criticizing them should stop them from making fairer
decisions in regards to me then I’m stuck aren’t i. Because this is not
exactly fair and balanced moderating.

Let’s move onto “threatening behaviour”. That Russian dude was given a
warning in regards to threatening messages he sent to me, but how come
MunkE was let off the hook when he did something quite similar. “He was
responding to the comments you made blah blah blah blah”. Threatening
behaviour should not be condoned at any level Roid and should be treated
a lot more harshly as opposed to “baiting”. Again, MunkE is given
another “free pass”.

So what about loyal’s comments about getting away with “murder”
basically. Well Loyal over the past few months you have contributed to
the deterioration of KJ in general. The box office bash fuelled by your
annoying love for Wall-E and TDK has brought the site to a standstill.
I’m surprised there isn’t a thread about “The Dark Knight being the
highest grossing film starting with the letter ‘D’.” I voiced my
attitude about these problems with this and I was given a “it will be
over soon” response, the same sort of response we get about the poll
function and Quick Reply. “Just Wait”. This is quite poor, because
before KJ could separate itself to the other immature box office sites
that compete with us, largely BOM. At the end of the day, we are no
better than them, if not worse. Loyal, The Site forum is a place on KJ
where people can voice their problems about their site, including
moderating. I never attacked Roid, I attacked his methods and thought
process in coming to a decision.

All I ask when I return that there is a level in consistency in regards
to the moderating on KJ in future, and I will do my best to leave people
alone.

Many of the people who have defended me over the past few days, I thank
you. In honour of your praise I will over indulge in anal sex and will
be writing more LA-Deli material.

Anyway, whether or not I will be back is anyones guess. KJ is sometimes
like a car accident, you wanna look away but u can’t. I’m enjoying
posting on LA-Deli forums. I get quick replied everytime.

The first report you filed against him consisted of the foreign language thingy which I wasnt even able to decipher on Babavista. We have to prove that he said something nasty in your direction. Your second report was that avatar thing he used of you which I made him take down and issued a warning right after he posted back up. To my knowledge only two reports were filed against Argos prior to the whole nazi picture post.
