To address couple of things.

First, yes, there have been couple of people that might've been deserving of some action against them, but I deemed their posts not *that* bad. Then, yes, usually there have been warnings first, but that is not set in stone, or a hard rule. That last batch of banned people (Maverikk, Chip, french man,...) have not been warned before their bans either.

Also would like to say that Zep has not been banned because of Corpse's picture. I have removed it though for couple of reasons. First, I did not know he had "permission" from Corpse, and I was not in a mood to go investigate if he has it or not. Either you have it before hand, no matter how impractical it might be, or as I said in thread, do not post pictures of other members at all. Leave that to themselves. And second reason was indeed, some arse. Yeah, implicit nudity is fine here, but this wasn't some celebrity, or some unnamed model or whatnot, but a member of our boards, and I kinda look at that differently. But hey, if any of you really really want such pictures of you posted here, I guess I will stop you twice.

I cannot make anyone leave, Gulli. I'm just like every other regular user here, there is nothing that makes me different. Leaving a forum (which is unforuntately seen as one of the biggest decisions in ones life apparently) is entirely up to the person who is departing. Me, bully? That is the complete opposite of who I am. If questioning a mod (which is encouraged by the site) a form of bullying now? Is trying to figure out who took the "corpse" username after I changed it one day a form of bullying? I was told it was fair game, anyone could use it. I'm fine with that, but not when this was just said the other day....



SO I was told it was fair game if someone took my name when I changed it, but apparently it's not now? LOL wut??

I asked the mods/admins to check the IP of the user who took my name, obviously NOT a new member, they really didn't do anything sayng they couldn't because the new "corpse" hasnt made a post. Which was a 100% lie(or ignorance) because I checked myself on another site if it's possible, and it is. Brought this to the attention of the staff and there wasn't anything they could do about it then since I had proof and KNEW, and they did then too, who created that double account. It's not that I was upset someone wanted to be immature and steal my name after I changed it, it was to see if anyting would actually be done about it. And nothing would have, despite it being 100% possible, if I didn't keep up the attacks over it and basically did it myself.

Is this bullying or invading someones privacy? Err, no. If anything it's calling into question the maturity of a poster like Ripper and how the staff handles each case. Saying it was fair game to me when I asked about it, but no, that would never happen if others do it. See my point asshole?

I'm not stirring this drama at all. What I have done the past few days is simply question a few things because I wanted answers. It is REQUIRED that the staff responds to this. And they have done a pretty good job in their responses I think. Usually arguments happen and shit is locked without discussion that later spills over into the next drama filled thread. Discussion is NEEDED, always. You will find so many disputes will be solved if people just listen and talk to each other.

I gave up on all the skype drama months ago. I haven't mentioned it in months. I have mentioned jujubee yes, but only when refering to the PM she sent. Doesn't matter if she sent it, I would be mentioning it no matter who sent it.

i havent read almost any of the posts longer than half a paragraph in this thread, (well, after these new bannings, anyway), but I did skim that latest long one and just wanted to throw out that if I were going to maliciously steal the screenname of someone who had changed theirs, I would do so at a library or on campus or some other computer/internet that wasnt mine.

KJ isn't changing for anybody, y'all. Cliques, double standards, and no accountability. You can post here and hang out here knowing that or you can hang out elsewhere that doesn't operate like that. The choice is up to you. It's not going to change, though, so dragging out any arguments for change is pointless.

I gave up, and I don't hang out here much anymore. That's partially because I'm way too busy in real life, and when I do get a free second to goof off online...well, let's just say that from the outside looking in, there isn't much appeal here anymore outside a few posters. It doesn't look very fun here. Used to be a fun place. I see my name getting thrown around a lot, and I know this has nothing to do with me since I am rarely here nowadays.
