Not to sound like a dick or anything, but shouldn't there be, like... more updates?

Transformers Trailer as the main article... it's getting up to a month since that was changed. Pan's Labryinth review, the film is still coming out, but once again, it's been months since that was put up there. As for the featured reviews on the side, Casino Royale, Flags of Our Fathers, Saw III, and Texas Chainsaw? Is this November? Come on. The news is being updated, but the main eye catching things are the big articles, and they are getting very old.

I just think that if you want people to come to this site repeatedly, you need to give them new stuff to read every day or couple days. People will read the stuff currently up, and move on. They'll check on the site weeks later, and it's still up? It almost looks like the site isn't active, it'll turn people away.

What happened to weekend predictions and analysis? New reviews every week? Oscar editorials and predictions even? I know the material is there, but it isn't being displayed. At least display the Dreamgirls and Letters reviews, the recent top 10 lists, put that stuff up at the least. Because the site won't get any more popular if it's months between new articles being put up.

Once the new site re-design is finished and launched, I promise things in regards to articles and updates will pick up. The problem is I have a hard time finding time dedicating to updates at the moment, just to many tasks ongoing and Arsi is out of town.

It will be addressed in the future.

Harder than you think!

Well that's kind of what I was trying to point out in that other thread a couple months ago, when the page has as messy and complex of a html that it has currently, it's harder to edit... on BOF it's like 3 tables on a page, updating the mainpage takes me seconds, it's only formatting the articles themselves that can something take time... I think if the next mainpage is more simple, a lot more material can be put up and things will just end up being a lot easier.
