I prefer Inception to both of these films (It will not be one of the two wild cards however, as it got washed by Toy Story 3 6 votes to 3). Interstellar is a solid sci-fi but I have mixed feelings about the ending. The Dark Knight Rises has some LAUGHABLE logic holes, but on the other hand, it has Bane and Batman. I love TDKR more than most. But I LOVE Interstellar. One of my favorite theater experiences.

Fuck. Both are flawed but amazing experiences. I’ll go with Interstellar for transporting me to other realms of heart and space... and that score!!

Can't believe we have a 2010s Nolanbowl without either of the best movies.

Anyways, Interstellar is the one weak spot in his filmography. The Dark Knight Rises is the weakest in the trilogy, but still really good. So Batman wins.

Interstellar. I really enjoy TDKR, but it is definitely the weakest film in the Nolan trilogy and IMO doesn't hold nearly as well as it should have.

Me too. I would love to see it in a theater again. Really feels like one of the most massive cinematic undertakings in memory, and if not for a slight fumble in pacing / cheesiness of the final act, would be perfect and one of the greatest all time.
