Hyped for this honestly. Love musicals, never seen the show but have listened to the soundtrack. Seems like they did a good job. Would have preferred more realistic looking cats a la The Lion King remake though.

The CGI is a bit much for me

I like it, it almost makes me think of the Han Solo film I wanted. Han’s Dad and young Chewie. I like CGI, I think when it gets completely done it’ll look great.

So looks like we are getting Bond, Black Widow and WW1984 trailers in the one week. Great but why cant they spread them out a little.

Looks about as large scale as they could have made it. Excited for the David Harbour character, looks like there could be some fun comedy with the family.

I know it's not a movie, but that's a damn good trailer.

No Brandon Routh? That's the only thing that caught my interest about that. Maybe if I had ever watched a single one of those shows. Though I do think it's cool to have Welling and Conroy in there too. I think the Flash from the 90s series is in it too.

Florence Pugh's rise has really been meteoric, wonder if they will just make her the new Black Widow now. Everything outside of Harbour/Pugh/Weisz scenes looks pretty weak in BW. Bond looks good.

And now, another dog movie

Love the Reflection score, but I wish this was a musical

I think it’s good to do something different.

The Steve thing is pretty confusing. He's not in her head cause he's punching people right?

It SEEMS like they're implying that Lord found a way to bring him back? Since he said something about getting "everything you always wanted" and then saying he "takes what he wants in return".

I didn't get the reason for Steve to be back from this trailer as well. It somehow makes the sacrifice of first movie less significant and taints the emotional heft of that movie. That trailer though is decent just that it looks like its trying too hard to be hip when the first movie was all serious.

Looks good to me. Love musicals. Reminds me of Hairspray and Mamma Mia!

Absolutely. I've now watched the trailer 4 times. Easily one of my most-anticipated movies of 2020. Finally another great role for Carey Mulligan.

It premieres at Sundance. Desperately hoping for raves. Either way I still expect to love it.
