I understand the need to not jump to conclusions, I really do. It's hard to digest all this properly. But as wrong as it is to believe any and every testimony, on any crime or indiscretion, it's just as wrong to immediately jump to "Well she could be lying too". This is what I've read a lot about Eliza Dushku's claims.

I don't have a definitive take on the claims, no one should except for the involved parties. And that's where things get really fucking tricky. I think it's fair to be cautious, but I think taking the immediate stance of "Well let's not forget it may not be true" is more damaging than believing any and every accusation. It fosters a poisonous environment where people don't want to speak up for fear of being labelled a liar, just because there isn't undeniable evidence.

I'm sorry I keep spouting off about all this, it never leads to anywhere good, but just wanted to add my two cents. Which at this point must have added up into dollar territory.
