I think Kristen Wilson (Dr. Doolittle) had potential, and was in a few hits, but she never seemed to get anything breakout worthy. Probably too early before all the Tyler Perry/Think Like a Man type movies started to become popular again.

In less than 2 years she was in Donnie Brasco, I know what you Did Last Summer, Volcano, Six Days Seven Nights, Wag the Dog, Psycho and like two other things.
Sean Young and those crazy Batman stories pretty much ended her career too.
