A directorial poll
I hoped to create a competitive, interesting directorial poll, so I have compiled a list of 20 living directors who are either beloved on this forum or critical and/or Oscar darlings (or both). No other option this time; who do you consider the finest among the 20?

Re: A directorial poll
Some tough competition in this poll. But I have to pick Tarantino.
Also wanna give a shout out to Gilliam, Scorsese, The Coen Bros., and Senor Spielbergo
I'm sure after I've seen more of his films, I will add Woody Allen to that list. Annie Hall is superbly director unlike any other rom-com I've ever seen.

Michael Mann.
Heat and Collateral are among my Top 20 movies ever, the only other director to get two movies in my Top 20 is James Cameron with The Terminator and T2, but Mann's are higher with Collateral reaching #4.
I also appreciate Steven Spielberg, Woody Allen, Peter Jackson, Ang Lee, Quentin Tarantino and Steven Soderbergh.

Re: A directorial poll
Of those I have more than one of their film:
1. Tarantino 2. Coen Bros. 3. Scorsese 4. Spielberg 5. Gilliam 6. Fincher 7. Anderson 8. Coppola 9. Nolan 10. Cameron 11. Jackson
I'm guessing Allen would fall someone between Gilliam and Fincher
