Lionsgate to buy Summit Entertainment?

Would give the former another big but cost-effective franchise in Twilight and would erase the inevitable of the latter going away once Twilight is done as they've had no other hits and nothing else on the horizon and frankly, got very lucky with Twilight to begin with. Still, I hope it doesn't happen as Summit has the chance to be another decent mini-major distributor.
