Thank god Parasite won. They could’ve picked one of the worst winners of this era in 1917, and instead they picked one of the closest things to an actual masterpiece since No Country for Old Men. |

Not that he hasn't crossed the line fully into self-parody already, but complaining about the subtitled movie winning best picture and yearning for the days of the Gone With the Winds and the Sunset Boulevards is peak old man syndrome. Odd he didn't have the same opinion about the movie where the woman has sex with a grotesque monster. |
