As long as it's nothing from Get Out, I think I could pretty much get behind anything they choose.

Genuinely surprised that Post, Call Me By Your Name, and Shape of Water did not get ensemble and that Post got shut out and the other two only got one nod. Did not see those three being this weak at SAG. Three Billboards got a boost though I still think those three films are much stronger BP candidates.

Call Me By Your Name getting an Ensemble would have been a shock honestly. It only had an outside chance. What is shocking is Hammer and Stuhlbarg missing. Though not as shocking as The Post getting NOTHING! :noway: Holy crap.

It sure would seem like that's the case, but there's no way Fox wouldn't make sure the Screen Actor's Guild saw it.

They definitely saw The Post. There are reports of many screenings and screeners. They just snubbed it.

I am not surprised The Post got nothing. Hanks and Streep both are frequent nominees. Awards fatigue has set in for these veteran winners. The same could hapipen to Spielberg. But Spielberg is more tied to the picture. If voters really like The Post, I don't see Spielberg getting snubbed.

Winners:

Rockwell
Janney
Oldman
McDormand
Three Billboards

That basically wraps up all the acting awards and Best Picture should now be down to Shape of Water vs Three Billboards

I didn’t get a chance to see it because of football, but did Morgan Freeman wear his hat on stage? Liveftime achievement award, he’s old, one of his hands doesn’t work, and just doesn’t give a fuck.

And this is probably dumb of me, but I still don’t see TBOE,M winning best picture. Of course it was going to win tonight. It’s the most actory movie out there.

The blonde is Rosanna Arquette, and Naomi Watts will be 70 years old in 20 years.
