Yeah, should've said winning the outright most #. I do think preferential balloting makes BP a different animal than the rest. In most years it doesn't really matter since the result is unlikely to be close, but for this year and Spotlight and al12 Years of Slave, the 2nd/3rd choices probably made a difference. |

I have to give credit where it's due to Magnus, lol. I was rooting for La La Land and it's honestly shocking it didn't win, leaving aside the dramatics and the messiness of what transpired. I think Moonlight is an absolutely wonderful and important movie, though, so I'm very happy for it. |
