I kind of like Chris Rock and I don't. His comedy is funny and biting but he can be annoying as hell at the same time. I think he's certainly a better choice than anymore talk show hosts though. |

I was a bit indifferent at first, but actually I thought he was very funny at the Emmys. He's kind of a forgettable guy but he's usually at least consistently funny. |

Horrible. They never learn. Late night hosts suck as hosts at the Academy Awards. I'm looking forward to the racists Trump jokes and the America is racist and all the Oscars are racists trash jokes. We might get Guillermo though. He might save it. |

How many times did Johnny Carson host? And we're really only thinking of Letterman right? And he only bombed because he tried to do something different by not kissing the room's ass. He played for the at home audience and bombed in-room which makes it (seem) less funny for most of the home audience Kimmel, while certainly funnier and more biting than Fallon, is just as big an ass kisser as he is, so he'll do fine. |
