Re: Disrupted
Gruesome murders and a tense ending could not make up for a sloppy script that forgets to bring thrills. I felt the movie needed a better cat-and-mouse chase than what we get in the first half which is busy in setting up characters so deeply without really using them in the end. The second half is good but they find the suspect very easily (why did it take them so long then?). The final scenes is where we not only see gore but the actual violence happening and it was great to see and the confrontation is really nice but even then it tries to tackle murder-guilt themes which it did not earn.
