Glenn Close is absolutely brilliant here and she is well matched with the supporting cast here. The story is simple but executed very well with the reveals coming in at every turn. Slater was sort of wasted in here but that's just a minor problem. Without Glenn's stellar performance this would have turned out to be a different movie.
