Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero
Quote: Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero is a 1998 direct-to-video superhero animated feature film, the second based on Batman: The Animated Series, serving as a stand-alone sequel to Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, and starring Kevin Conroy and Michael Ansara, reprising their respective roles from the series as the two title characters. It won the Annie Award for Best Home Video Animation, and was produced by Warner Bros. Animation.

Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero
I guess it's ok. Nice to see some animation from the era of my youth reminiscent of Batman: The Animated Series, and I enjoyed the mix of 2D hand-drawn with the 3D animation of the car chases and batwing. But the villains here are fairly incompetent. Mr. Freeze is never a huge adversary for Batman to overcome. He's just larger than life in terms of his name and powers and appearance, which is why he is well known. But he cannot even contain commissioner Gordon's daughter. At every turn, she basically kicks their asses. Ok, she is also Bat Girl, but still. And why'd they have to pick her as the organ donor? There were 13 other females on the list with the same rare blood type. So, yeah, not well thought out.
When it comes to Mr. Freeze adventures, I still prefer the more campy 1997 movie, Batman and Robin.
