Enjoyable. It benefits from excellent turns from breakout star Danielle Macdonald, who runs away with the movie and gives a warm and soulful performance, and Bridget Everett, who plays against type in a dramatic turn to successful effect. The supporting players around them are not as strong and the film itself leans towards predictability at every turn, but it's high-spirited and entertaining enough to overlook a lot of the larger flaws. B

I hated the rapper dream sequences though. Took me out of the film.
