Quote:
The King's Man is an upcoming period action spy film directed by Matthew Vaughn from a screenplay by Vaughn and Karl Gajdusek and a story by Vaughn. The third installment in the Kingsman film series, which is based on the comic book The Secret Service by Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons, the film serves as a prequel to 2014's Kingsman: The Secret Service and 2017's Kingsman: The Golden Circle.

The film features an ensemble cast that includes Ralph Fiennes (who also serves as one of the film's executive producers), Gemma Arterton, Rhys Ifans, Matthew Goode, Tom Hollander, Harris Dickinson, Daniel Brühl, Djimon Hounsou, and Charles Dance.

The King's Man is scheduled to be released on 22 December 2021 in RealD 3D, IMAX, 4DX and Dolby Cinema,[3] by 20th Century Studios, delayed several times from an original November 2019 release date, partially due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The film received mixed reviews from critics.

Wasn’t going to see this but I had Fandango refund to use and this was the consensus choice. Really fun movie with really memorable performances and action sequences. Rhys Ifans is gold as Rasputin, and the final action scene on the edge of the mountain is tense. Better than Golden Circle for sure.

I thought it was meh. Besides the Rasputin sequence and a few of the action sequences this is pretty dull. Ralph Fiennes was good though. I like how they're trying to set up another installment but pretty sure this will flop.

I mean it’s not a great movie but I found it diverting for the most part.

It's not awful but for most of it's runtime it plays like a boring war film. And what happens before the third act (kinda like the first Kingsman) did surpirse me but did I like the choice? Nah.

This was terrible. Very convoluted and boring. It's way too somber and lacking the fun of the first two films. Deserves to be buried and forgotten it even existed.

It’s definitely way more enjoyable than Mike said lol. Not super memorable but I never found it boring.

Its fine but definitely a step down from an already tired sequel to a great concept original. I found the performances good specially Ralph Fiennes and there are sequences that are shot innovatively Rasputin's sequence easily the best. I guessed the final reveal so it wasn't surprising. While I know why they did that but having Fieness's character do all the stunts was not believable as great as the actor does.
