It is kind of ugly, but also haunting. Sometimes on screen it just blended in with the rest of the noise, but by itself it is quite impressive. Could easily use to score a horror movie like Crimson Peak.

It honestly didn't stick out, though. If it blended in with the rest of the noise, I'm not sure that's a good score at all. Not one piece of music in the film elicited any emotion from me, and that's bad. Man of Steel, on the other hand, had a beautiful and overpowering score, and it made the film for me. BvS was utterly generic. I cannot remember one special thing about it. Walking out I was surprised Junkie XL did the score.

All I remember about the score was that strange middle-eastern sounding Wonder Woman theme.

Don't even remember that. Perhaps the score was down to the quality of the cinema, but I have seen other films in that cinema (and the exact same screen) with no problem.

This is true, if it doesn't service the film then what's the point? The score is better outside of the film and I've been enjoying it though. I dont think that's ever for me happened before.
And this movie has a shorter attention span than any person I've met. Now lets go check in with Lois in the rain.

I didn't remember the theme from the WW appearance scene. Watched it back on YT now, and it's pretty cool. And so there's a lot more cool stuff in the film, but unfortunately, the film as a whole doesn't work.
