Haven't seen it in forever, but I always loved the dragon fight.

This is the best old Disney movie. Gorgeous animation, the fairies are hilarious, and the end action sequence is super exciting. Music is great, even if it’s merely arrangements of Tchaikovsky.

Still one of my favorites, though I think I like Peter Pan more now. But still easily the best looking Disney movie from before computers. Starting with 101 Dalmatians they’d use xerox to cut costs and the films got significantly uglier.

Re: Sleeping Beauty (1959)
The production on this movie is incredible. The animation is probably the best they have ever done, including CGI. The traditional score is also one of the very best, so epic and intense. There are way too many songs in the first half (all the old-timey "credits songs" that I don't really care for), but they just let the music shine in the second half.
I do have a problem with the fairies though (except for the blue one who was cool). They are so arrogant and dimwitted, why does anybody listen to them? They pointlessly seperate a child from their parents for sixteen years and then fuck up in the end anyways. In fact, Maleficient herself came off as less troublesome than they did. She did some evil shit to be sure, but it was mostly just to spite those cocky bitches. If they hadn't excluded her in the first place then none of this would have happened. Actually makes me want to see the remake now, since Angelina Jolie obviously felt the same way about this outcast.
I'll give it an A-. Lady and the Tramp still reigns as my favorite of the oldies.

Animation is gorgeous but the actual story/characters are really weak. Aurora is barely a character in her own movie.
