Re: Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen This isn't that much worse than the first. It mainly takes the problems the first had and makes them worse. The military scenes are even more boring, the action is even more numbing and the plot is even more convoluted. The first half to do with college is entertaining if cheesy and predictable as hell. But it's mostly entertaining.

Re: Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen The marketing was pretty memorable for this, so in many ways it feels like the first movie to me. Transformers came out in a time when I was out of the movie sphere pursuing other things.

Re: Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Pretty big drop in quality from the first movie, I understand why it did so well but it takes all the good elements from first movie and manages to dial them to 11 (not in a good way) and the story/plot is just ideas padded in an incoherent mess, the fights become too repetitive and stay of their welcome.
