The Love Guru

This is one of the stupidest movies ever. There are a few chuckle-worthy lines, but it is 90% unbearably over-the-top and silly. Even at a short 86-minutes, it is excruciating to sit through. It is a victim of repetition to a detrimental degree. The "TM" line is reused half-a-dozen times, acronyms are used and explained way more, and he constantly brings books into the frame that he has written (all with idiotic titles). Jessica Alba donning Indian dress in the final scene is absolutely gorgeous, but it is little reward for sitting through a film full to the brim of embarrassingly unfunny performances from the likes of Val Kilmer, Jessica Simpson, Jim Gaffigan, John Oliver, Kanye West, Stephen Colbert, Ben Kingsley, Verne Troyer, and Justin Timberlake.
