OK, BKB, answer this simple question to really verify that you have seen the movie.
What fruit does Stark buy before visiting Pepper at the office?

Re: The Incredible Hulk
He's probably trying to get an answer from someone who has actually seen the movie.

Re: The Incredible Hulk
So... I FINALLY saw this. Effects better than I expected, but still not as good as Hulk 03. Was it me, or did this really not have a story? I just watched it, and I can't really remember any of the plot at all outside of the army dude wanting to kill him because of... what reason?
But overall, not bad. Slightly above average.

But overall, not bad. Slightly above average. The only reason any of you even consider HULK 2003 was because of Ang Lee directing it and that's it.. He clearly had no idea what the character was about and even admitted so.. The FX sucked, they were bouncy and rubbery and made HULK look like a mongolid baby having a temper tantrum over daddy issues.. If Ang Lee said he was making a movie about a turd floating in the toilet for 2 hours, you'd be there for it..
As for the story?? Bruce Banner is on the run from the government trying to capture him and produce an army of HULK'S.. Norton even told you what the General's motives were Loyal.. It was a pretty cut and dry story that was far more closer to the comics the way HULK was supposed to be, not some dumb greek tragedy like Lee attempted.. HULK 2008 SHOULD'VE Been the movie we got back in 2003 and sadly didn't.. We'd a had a franchise by now if that were the case, but the damage was already done and that alone was a crime..

Re: The Incredible Hulk
The beginning of the film is good. The ending is garbage. It's pretty much just the finale to Iron Man but with big muscular freaks instead of robots. Hulk has a good origin story, and the parts with him and Betty are good. But the generic end battle is a letdown.

Re: The Incredible Hulk
Its good in bits and pieces but nothing in this movie comes to a satisfying conclusion. The core story between Norton and Tyler is great and both actors do really well, I wish instead of the long final fight we had more of these two having an emotional closure. The action scenes while good are either too long or their setup is too long, they were trying to make Hulk coming out special everytime which does not work here. The movie overall is just one big setup from one action scene to another. The only time its great is when two leads are allowed to show their chemistry.
