Average for me, but I'd recommend it if you don't mind just average entertainment.

Grade: B-

Especially since you're the only one who didn't give it an A or A- in that thread.

Just bad. But it had Dane Cook and is a sports movie, for which I'm a sucker for.

Pretty average movie but Angela Bassett elevates anything she's in somewhat so I give it a B-.

What a boring unfunny movie. I didn't laugh once. Bernie Mac is fun to watch though.

Grade: C/C+ (In my bottom 50 movies of all-time)

You're good at avoiding bad films if a C+ is in your bottom 50 of all-time.

I usually find something I like about every movie I see, but also I grade pretty leniantly. 85% of the movies I've graded are B- to B+.

Ya, I saw it with my CC team when it came out. It was average, if even that...

I have to join the consensus. What an average movie. As a matter of fact, I never found Bernie Mac particulary funny and this one was no exception. He wasn't bad in his role...just unfunny. The entire movie had only about two or three good jokes which is a pity since the concept promised many more.
