So Elemental should be close to $100m after this weekend. At least it'll pass Lightyear. |

Again, Pixar needs to rebuild their brand after the horrible mismanagement during the Streaming Era |

Even in the regular era of Pixar killing it I'm not sure Elemental would've done like over $250m... probably $200m. So I think if Elio does more than Elemental and Inside Out does big #s then that's towards recovery somewhat... |

Elio doesn’t scream huge breakout to me but it certainly looks better than any of the other movies they’ve made the last few years. |

Fingers crossed The Flash goes up to $2 million for Tuesday. It'd be another kick in the teeth if it couldn't even increase that much. If it does, say, $1.86m, it will again be so underwhelming. On the plus side, though, it's had 11 consecutive days over $1 million ![]() |

-19% drop from last week for Elemental, pretty great. |

Coincidentally the best three week-to-week drops from the Tuesday numbers are all from Disney. Guardians, Elemental, and The Little Mermaid registered 18%, 19%, and 21% drops. |

Who could have guessed that releasing movies that people like, in theaters, would have lead to positive results for the company? |

Random bit of trivia, if Elemental can get to $148M+, it will become only the second Pixar movie ever (after the original Toy Story in 1995) to pull a 5X multiplier. That's something that Finding Nemo got close to with 4.84 but of course opened much bigger. It would be really a turnaround in narrative for Pixar if the film with the worst OW since Toy Story unadjusted, ends up getting the most leggy run in Pixar history since Toy Story. Will be at $78M going into its 3rd weekend which is essentially a 5day holiday weekend. Has about 2 weekends before Barbie hits it but well on its way. |

Five day holiday weekend you say? Nice. Flash needs more of those! |

Feel like Flash needs a 365 day holiday. ![]() At least summer dailies + holiday could allow it to squeak by $120M now. If it didn't open this time of year almost certainly would have missed it. |

I also feel Rise of the Beasts might sneak by $150m. |

O wrote: The Flash made $1.1M on Thursday. $94.25M total. Nice. That's going to be at least 17 days over $1 million. Same as Quantumania. And if this weekend acts like a 5-day holiday then it may even sneak 19 days over $1 million, one less than Fast X. |
