The higher, the better. It's going to be some time before the box office in NA even begins the process of getting back on track, let alone getting on track (if it can that is, with their streaming strategy there), so big numbers, record-breaking even, from international markets are more than welcomed right now.

Re: How long will AVENGERS - ENDGAME's records last? Indeed CNY is a big lucrative frame to make money. It's a bummer that none of big delayed Hollywood movies are releasing at this time. Something like Wonder Woman or any of Disney movies would have easily made double or triple over the weekend in China than its entire run in US right now.

The scary thing is that HI MOM ($336.5m) has such great WOM, that it too could beat ENDGAME's opening week at the same time...
