Re: 3 Day Weekend Estimates
BoP drop would've been considered good if it opened bigger. All said and done it's gonna do $200m+ WW. Good thing they didn't balloon the budget.
Bad Boys doing well over 200m is crazy.

Re: 3 Day Weekend Estimates
I really wonder how Parasite will do from here on out. Most BP winners get a nice boost for one weekend and then fall off the next. But something yells me it might be different this time. Parasite (and the cast) may have captured a bit of a watercooler moment and could leg its way to $60-70.

I'm kind of worried about it being a one and done weekend too. Especially since this weekend was boosted by Valentine's and President's Day. Competition next weekend is weak though. I wonder if they'll add any more theaters. I honestly don't think you can bring a movie like this much wider but some theaters might take a chance on it since it's doing well and there's only two movies opening next weekend.

Re: 3 Day Weekend Estimates
Excellent for Sonic, Bad Boys 3, 1917, and Jumanji 3!
The rumors of Jumanji 3's demise on other parts of the internet were greatly exaggerated. It's holding unusually well for weeks now, like a mini-performance of the holds Jumanji 2 had. It has a shot at crossing 800M WW which would be excellent.
I'm happy Bad Boys 3 continues to do well. Great for all involved.

200m for Bad Boys is very impressive. That is more than 3x its 3-day weekend. I am sure we will see Bad Boys 3 in 2 years.

Re: 3 Day Weekend Estimates
It has been a great boost to the year to have Bad Boys and Sonic exploding and the 2019 holdovers performing so well.
High 60s for Sonic over the 4-days is superb.

Paramount and Sony winning so far this year. It's good that Disney and Warners aren't the only ones dominating.

Did ERC get new owners?
It's sad if the user gets paid to do this...

I’m also happy to see non-Disney films doing well.

Re: 3 Day Weekend Estimates
I had to stop following ERC about 6+ months ago. Their twitter feed is terrible. It's like they know nothing about box office.
