Fast & Furious, WW, Minions 2 and Black Widow probably have the better chance.

Re: $1b movies of 2020 Minions 2 will probably experience a nosedive domestically and struggle to reach $200 million. Of course, it could still do $700/800 million overseas and reach $1 billion regardless, but we've had several animated sequels drop-off big overseas this past year as well. So, I wouldn't bank on another $700/800 million overseas this time.

Re: $1b movies of 2020 I kind of want to say .. none of them? The Rock is out of Fast 10 so that should see a big drop off, Minions could easily go on a Pets-like spiral, both Marvel movies are wildcards and nobody liked Spectre.
So:
Wonder Woman 1984 - overseas audiences don't normally care for female heroes, but Captain Marvel did really good and DC fever should still be high. So this will probably win the year.

Tenet - because I want it to. Same. Wonder Woman 1984 seems like a safe bet. Tenet is second most likely given how well Inception did and Nolan's reputation. Mulan is third with the helping of the Chinese government.
