Post The Monday Record
Obviously Jurassic World's non-holiday record is gone.

The overall record stands just over 40m. Record breakers can often drop 65% on Monday, and Infinity War was down 16% Sunday. But sellouts are far beyond that.

So who else expects 100m Sunday, and a Monday drop under 60%?

Are there as many sellouts for Monday as well? I do think there will be spillover effect on Monday but I think it will do just below $40m say $38m-$39m

If Sunday is in the 90s the record is going down.

110m sat, 98m sunday and 42m monday(50m+ tuesday as well). This will continue to crush records. Most of the premium screens have huge presales already. I am seeing it sunday night here as most shows have sold out despite it playing wider than any other movie.

Nah, the monday record is safe I think. IW dropped 64% from Sunday to Monday so I think EG will drop maybe 62% at the very best.

Based on Rth's projection for Sat, I'm thinking Sat/Sun/Mon/Tue will be 110m/95m(-14%)/35m(-63%)/34m(-3%).

TITANIC had relatively soft weekdays because of its running time. Could happen to ENDGAME as well...

It needs a drop under 55.6%. I like what I’m seeing in the theater apps but I don’t think it will make it.

It's gonna have less screenings by virtue of theaters not being open 24 hours, but I'm guessing a 61% still-insane $35 million, still the third biggest Monday of all time.
