I haven't seen a single TV spot or any marketing outside of the two trailers. Anyone else seen anything?

Did this have to bomb? The trailer views were solid and people are ready for an adult thriller. It must be SUPPPPPER terrible.

I was unconvinced it was actually opening even as recent as a week ago. I only saw the trailer once in theaters with Hell Fest and I'm at the movies all of the time. I've seen no TV ads. McConaughey and Hathaway have been making the press rounds though. This is going to flop big time which is crazy with the star power. If they put some effort into actually advertising it it could have done decent enough. Do they not have any money to advertise it? That's the only thing I can think of.

I'm personally looking forward to it. Love the setting. Watching a movie in a tropical setting sounds really good this time of year. Plus the cast is good.

I've heard this movie has an INSANE plot twist and that's the real the embargo was lifted today and it was pushed back from October. I'm seeing it tonight rather than tomorrow as planned because there's no way I'll make it through work without spoiling it for myself/thinking about it all day lol. I'm extremely intrigued to find out, this could be something original and possibly effective, I'm especially excited now given how vague the trailers were about the movie.

Yeah even though reviews aren't great they have me even more interested in the film. Some of them are pretty positive. Sounds great from Richard Roeper's. Seriously hoping I can avoid spoilers.

Man I thought the trailer for this looked pretty damn good, but it sounds like a real mess of a movie. I'll still check it out one day though, because the twist stuff does have me curious.

This movie was a fuckin' mess.

Was somewhat engaging the first half, but then I lost all interest once the twist is revealed.

The twist makes me want to see it less. I'd have settled for just a normal adult thriller with McConaughey and Hathaway

IMO a twist becomes redundant if you know there is a twist coming. A twist should not be marketed.

I just watched Double Toasted's review of this in which they did spoil the twist, and honestly while it does sound really crazy it also sounds pretty stupid as well. No idea if I even want to see this anymore, but its not like I was going to be in any rush to anyways, especially after knowing how dumb that twist is.
