Re: Popular Movies you still have not seen.
Most of them since early 2016 spare a handful, I can't really have authentic reactions to things anymore

And I cringe almost every time I have attempted it. Why, it's a good movie. Agreed I liked the movie even if it's long in parts. Thegun you should try and watch it once though yeah I don't think it's popular anymore

Re: Popular Movies you still have not seen.
I've honestly tried quite a few times. I think about 6 times and I've been stopped every time. It's the one thing i miss about a college film class, and stomached it. It's become a mission but I just can't do it. It's a bad movie. and it turns everyone off!
Do I really have to waste a Saturday to watch Gone with the Wind to completion?
It's like It's a Wonderful Life/ A Christmas story. They are so popular they've become vomit inducing. There is nothing more passionate than a so called accredited professional tell you how important the Godfather is.

6 times and you could never finish it? That's a lot of tries to finish a movie, you should have seen it in parts that way you would have finished it

I remember as a kid in the 80s GWTW was still a big TV event when it aired. Usually a two night extravaganza.
Times have changed.

I've definitely seen the end/ the beginning, and a good portion of the middle. But quite frankly "I don't give a dam" to watch the rest.

Re: Popular Movies you still have not seen.
Of all the $300 million+ films(not adjusted) domestically, I haven't seen only 2 films. They are 'The Passion of the Christ' and 'American Sniper'. If I should consider $200 million+ films as well, then I haven't seen - All Twilight films except Eclipse - Meet the Fockers - Jim Carrey's Grinch movie(2000) - The Blind Side - My Big Fat Greek Wedding(I generally don't get all that attracted to rom-coms) - Oz the Great and Powerful - Cast Away - Signs - Alvin and the Chipmunks 1 & 2 - Austin Powers in Goldmember - Wedding Crashers
